Today is the Tenth aniversary of July 1st, the day we become a real CHINESE again. Not much special feeling, I always think I am a Chinese/ HongKongese...haha~ China will become the leading country in the future, I believe....and I hope~

I really can't help my emotion here, I really think my boss is FREAKING SUCK!! Sigh.....there's some people you will never want to work with them no matter how much more they offer you. A person who is not considerable, flexible, no empathy, only focus on the benefit and the profit should never enter the medical field, like my BOSS.  Goodness....Can't bear with this woman anymore!!  Being a nurse here in America is very good, becoz every place needs nurses, and on the other hand if you don't feel like working with the people around you, you can switch to other hospital easily.This is a big benefit to being a nurse.I really don't understand why people don't treat their employee better so that they are more willing to stay.  When the time comes, I will fly, I promise myself~
